Capability 06

Custom CMS

A content platform your editors enjoy using and your developers can extend.

Overview

Most CMS pain isn't the software, it's a content model that was never actually designed. Fields get bolted on for years until publishing a simple update means editing six unrelated places, and nobody remembers why. We design the content model first: what a “page,” a “product,” or a “post” actually consists of for your business, then build the CMS around that.

We work headless (Sanity, Strapi, Payload) or classic (WordPress) depending on what your team and your site actually need, headless when you need multi-channel publishing or a custom front end, classic when a well-built WordPress site genuinely is the right, boring, maintainable answer.

Why Lisora Digital

Why teams choose us for custom cms, specifically.

Senior Team, Every Project

No handoff to a junior once the contract is signed, the person who scoped it is who builds it.

Fixed, Written Scope

A quote and scope in writing before work begins, so there's no ambiguity about what you're paying for.

You Own Everything

Code, domain, and data are yours outright, in your own accounts, from day one.

One Team, Fifteen Disciplines

Build, security, and growth handled under a single contract, not three uncoordinated vendors.

Backed by an ISO-Audited Parent

Lisora LLC's certification-industry discipline shapes how we scope and deliver, not just how we talk about it.

Questions

What clients ask before starting.

Headless or WordPress, how do we decide?+

If you need one content source powering a website, an app, and maybe a kiosk or newsletter, headless is worth the extra setup. If it's one website with a marketing team that wants a familiar editing experience, a properly built WordPress site is often the more practical, cheaper answer.

Can you migrate our existing content without breaking SEO?+

Yes. Migration includes URL mapping and 301 redirects for every existing page, so search rankings carry over rather than resetting.

How many editors can use it, and do we pay per seat?+

No per-seat fees on self-hosted platforms. Editor accounts are limited only by what makes sense for your workflow, not by a pricing tier.
